Heritage Association is a simple and straightforward plan for returning the government of your community to the control of the people. It is transparent, allowing a small group of committed individuals to carry out an educational program, providing information that allows people, at the most local area, to survive the ongoing meltdown of the economy and emerge stronger. That meltdown has been caused in large part by a government that assumed control, violating the tenets of the Constitution. It can be reversed by reactivating our understanding of America's heritage for a government by the people. From community comes our strength, founded on independence and traditional values.
Within the community many people have continued to work tirelessly to help others and provide resources. That, “we can do it,” spirit is the essence of America. Most of the good things that happen in any community happen because the people there see the need and do it. Over the last century Americans have been forced to give up control of their own communities, leaving control in the hands of a government that runs as a for profit business and views the people chiefly as a source of income. But America was intended to be the people who govern themselves; it was when the Revolution was fought. It can be so again.
Heritage Association provides educational materials that allow people to experience Common Law Courts and the Constitution as these were for our ancestors and as they could be for us today. We provide programs that allow people within communities to begin the process of sharing with others the empowering truth of self government. We believe that these institutions are not only our heritage but our salvation because they allow us to experience our true power, both spiritually and materially in union with others.
